generally ok stay

helpful staff decent breakfast convenient laundry weak ac smelly corridor broken sauna
the hotel breakfast is decent. the staff is pleasant and helpful. a laundry shop is nearby. it opens early at 6 am. this.
the room was too dark even when all the lights were on. the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working. the sauna was also broken. the room was not soundproof. there was a lot of street noise that i could hear.

I found a nice desk in my room. The rooftop bar was a great amenity. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location suited my needs, as it provided a short ride to many businesses.

cozy feel clean comfort
the bedroom had a cozy feel, and the comfort room was very clean. the food was AMAZING!!! it was also accessible for transportation, something i really needed.
The breakfast selection could have included more variety. It seemed heavily Filipino-focused.

The breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable selection of items available each morning
The air conditioning barely functioned in my room it struggled to cool the space at all. The lighting was also quite dim I found it difficult to see properly especially in the evenings. I contacted the front desk about both issues but maintenance never came to address them I guess they were busy

Solid Stay, Clean Rooms and Friendly Faces

helpful staff room size comfortable beds
I found the location quite practical, especially with the supermarket nearby. The staff were genuinely helpful. They assisted with taxi bookings. The room I had was notably spacious with huge windows, and housekeeping maintained it very well. The beds were SUPER comfortable, which I greatly appreciated after long days.
The gym equipment was quite old.

The hotel has a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These facilities allow guests to maintain their fitness routines. A skydeck offers city views. THIS was amazing!!!

A laundry shop located 70 meters away opens early, proving convenient for travelers. Shopwise supermarket is close. fast food restaurants are within walking distance, offering lots of choices. Taxis are readily available for transport to nearby malls.
